1. If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact our customer service department by phone or email first.

When contacting customer service, please explain whether you want to return or exchange and the reason, and provide your contact information, our company’s sales order number, the name, quantity, and amount of the parts you want to return or exchange. Please be sure to submit an application to our company within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise it may cause delays in the time limit for our department to return the product to the manufacturer or make a claim. If the customer applies for a return or exchange because the time limit has exceeded, our company has the right not to accept it.
3. Please pack the product to be returned, sales list, invoice, etc. and send it to us by express or logistics. Please be sure to keep the delivery note when delivering the goods, so that we can check the progress of the return in transit. If the goods are lost, you can claim the rights to the logistics company based on the delivery note, and we will not be responsible.
4. After receiving your return, we will inspect the product you returned, and if it is qualified, we can handle the return and exchange according to your requirements. If you order an exchange, we will ship it to you within two days. If there are other problems during the replacement process, we will give you feedback in time. If you return the product, we will remit the payment to the card number you specify through online banking or bank counter.
