Dongfeng 10-square compression garbage truck consists of a hydraulic mechanism consisting of a car body, a loading mechanism, a compression mechanism, an unloading mechanism, an oil pump, an oil cylinder, and a control valve. The material of the box body is high-quality carbon steel, thickness (unit: mm): side 4 bottom 4, box volume: 10m³, the loading mechanism is composed of brackets, linkage mechanisms, cams, hooks, etc. Under the action of the oil cylinder, the garbage in the trash can is automatically turned over and poured into the hopper.

The compression mechanism is composed of a platen welded by steel plate and channel steel, a guide wheel and an oil cylinder seat, etc., and is driven by the oil cylinder to compress the garbage in the hopper into the compartment. Compression cycle time: 25-30s, compression density: 0.6-0.8t/ m3. The unloading mechanism is composed of an unloading oil cylinder and a unloading push plate. The unloading push plate is welded by a steel plate and a bracket, positioned by a guide groove, and the oil cylinder is extended to push the unloading push plate to unload the garbage. The time for unloading the garbage is: 40s.
